This landscape caught me attention because of how it is actually on someone's face.  The landscape idealize trees on mountains in the winter time.  I don' t think that anyone would want to stay on a mountain.  If they did, they probably would go skateboarding because that's what i would do.

This is a portrait artwork done by Melvin N. Hall.  In this portrait is our 44th president Barack Obama.  Melvin put a lot of details into this artwork as you can see in the face.  I think this portrait expresses the emotions that Obama shows on his face during interviews.  He is a on going and successful man, and needs all of the regonition he can get.  Melvin is a successful artist and tends to focus on a variety of things to draw.  This is one of his most successful pieces of art and it is starting to get a lot of attention.

This is a photo that Carrie Mae Weems likes to ad knowledge a lot.  This photo is of a person that was a slave and he got whipped.  He probably didn't do anything to deserve this outrageous beating.  Telling by the scares on this man's back, who ever whopped him really wanted him to feel pain.

  The artist of this artwork, is as you know Mr. Brainwash (Thierry).  This photo is a picture of the African American Boxer Muhammad Ali, in one of his greatest boxing matches.  Mr. Brainwash created this photo to ad knowledge Muhammad Ali's skills in a creatince way.   Many people tend to forget who our African American Leaders are, and Mr. Brainwash is giving us a reminder.

I have nostagia for this image because its something I love doing and watching. Many people say basketball is a barbaric sport.  I say its what I was put on this world to do.  I always desired to play basketball, but if I can't play basketball I would be upset and would move on.

The artist that I chose was Jeffrey "Jeff" Koon.  He is known as a postmodern artist because of his abilities to make objects out of balloons and other types of material.  He usually makes all of his artwork have some type of texture to it.  His famous artwork was the one where he made the brown shaggy dogs.  His abilities to make different things are making people understand the true meaning of art.

The person I have chosen to research on is Jeffrey Jeff" Koons.   Jeffrey Koons was born January 21, 1955 in York Pennsylvania.  As a kid, Jeffery went to his neighbors house's to sell candy.  Jeffery is known for his amazing modeling and his abilities to make things out of balloons.  Jeffery makes a fortune off of his artworks and surprisingly able to live off that.  I chose this person because I was interested in his abilities to make things out of balloons and the artwork he made of the three dogs.
